Love

Love has everything to do with it.  I feel so inspired by all the love around me and incredibly excited to launch my new web site.  A web site is truly akin to dog years.  One year flies by but it feels like 7 so a site is always in need of a “walk” and a “treat” if you will.  One true love story I heard this week was that Meghan rescued a dog, a beagle from Kentucky and his name is “Guy” and he traveled all the way to Canada and now to England.  If that is not love, then what is.  Anyway, I am still the same old me, but excited to have a little love and a freshening up.  I am working on some new art and teaching Pilates too.  Hope everyone is finding time for some love and self love.
