fresh starts

Today is the first day of school here.  I always think of the new school year as a time of fresh starts for many.  My daughter’s first day of high school and she was so excited last night when I gave her a good night kiss.  Lots of questions and concerns but anticipation to start again and embark on something new.  I too feel that it is time for me to create a fresh start in regard to my work and buckling down.  New supplies always help me to feel fresh, so I am off to shop for paper and then get to work.
What is one nice thing that helps you to begin again.  Besides coffee?
