Easter lamb

My Mother has this cast iron mold and I have fond memories of making this cake at Easter.

Coconut cake and jelly beans for the eyes and nose.
Look closely and see the little lamb on the counter. I spotted this image here last November.
Sandy, the owner of that sweet lamb lives here and she e-mailed me as in my comment I had left, “we made that lamb a white coconut cake at Easter and at Christmas it became chocolate Rudolph with a bright maraschino cherry for the nose.”
