cordial

Did you know that the word “cordial” can conjure up images of “warm and friendly” or perhaps an invigorating “liqueur.”  Tonight I shall gather with girlfriends for a “cordial” or an “aperitif.” We will meet to chat about a book and also to be “cordial” with one another.   There is something about making time for girlfriends.

So, what about a “cordial welcome” and a heartwarming outing with friends.  Did I mention, we do have a designated driver!
